                               RESOLUTION NO. 18791
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ST. IVES
                   DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 69B, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM,
                   WHEREBY ST. IVES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC.
                   IS TO PAY THE CITY THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25,000.00) AS
                   ITS PRO RATA SHARE OF THE COST OF THE SEWER
                   EXTENSION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with St. Ives Development Company, Inc.,
       relative to Contract No. 69B, Hixson Collection System, whereby
       St. Ives Development Company, Inc. is to pay the City the amount
       of $25,000.00 as its pro rata share of the cost of sewer 
extension
       work to its property located at Cassandra Smith Road (near its
       intersection with Hixson Pike).
